Eligibility

All Tennessee public school districts with annual allocations over $30,000. Districts with smaller allocations may combine funds. Contact your district federal programs office.

Program Goals

Title IV-A funds three priority areas: well-rounded educational opportunities, safe and healthy students, and effective use of technology. The technology component explicitly supports CS, coding, and digital literacy programs. This is one of the most flexible federal funding sources for CS and AI literacy tools.
