What Are Perkins V CTE Funds?
The Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V) provides federal formula funds to states, which distribute them to regional CTE consortia and schools. Every Oregon school with an approved CTE program receives a share annually.
What Can Perkins Funds Cover?
Equipment, curriculum, and professional development for approved CTE programs. Computer science, robotics, and engineering pathways are all eligible uses.
