GOLD Grants (Georgia Outdoor Learning Demonstration)
Eligibility
Georgia K-12 public school teachers and administrators may apply. Projects must focus on outdoor or environmental learning and must take place at or near the school campus. Programs should align to Georgia Standards of Excellence.
Program Goals
The GOLD Grants (Georgia Outdoor Learning Demonstration) program is administered by the Environmental Education Alliance of Georgia with support from the Georgia Department of Education. It funds school projects that use the outdoor environment as a learning laboratory, connecting students to environmental science, ecology, and sustainability through hands-on outdoor experiences.
