The "CHARGE for micro:bit" does NOT included a micro:bit.

Which micro:bit versions are compatible?
The CHARGE for micro:bit will work with both micro:bit V1 and V2.
Shipping
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Pre-Ordered Items
Please note that if an item is designated as a 'Pre-Order' at the time of purchase, the order will not be fulfilled until the product is available. Please refer to the original pre-order timeline indicated on the product listing for approximate order processing time.
Please also be aware that if an order contains both pre-ordered and in-stock items, the entire order will not be fulfilled until all the products are available. If this is an issue, please contact our team.

Order Tracking

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, you will be notified and may need to confirm your shipping details for a re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.

Returns Policy
Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team by submitting a ticket here with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
- Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable. If a return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
