Verizon Innovative Learning Schools, operated in partnership with Digital Promise, provides middle and high schools with devices, connectivity, and technology-integrated curriculum. The program's total value can exceed $1 million per participating school over multiple years.
What This Grant Funds
Selected schools receive devices for every student, internet connectivity, professional development for teachers, and access to ed-tech curriculum including AI literacy and STEM content. The focus is on transforming learning in under-resourced schools through technology.
Who Can Apply
Title I middle and high schools in the U.S. are eligible. Schools must be in Verizon's coverage area and demonstrate strong administrative commitment to technology-integrated instruction. Competition is national and very selective.
How to Apply
Applications open periodically through Digital Promise. When available, schools submit through the Digital Promise website with a school technology plan, demographic data, and letters of commitment from school leadership. Monitor the Digital Promise website for upcoming cycles.
