All Louisiana school districts receive Title IV-A funds. Explicitly includes technology and computer science as allowable uses.

Support well-rounded educational opportunities, safe schools, and effective technology use. Title IV-A explicitly funds computer science education, STEM curriculum, and technology infrastructure in Louisiana schools.
