About This Grant
The Lowe's Foundation Gable Grants are large-scale investments in high school Career and Technical Education programs focused on skilled trades and construction technology. Awards go up to $500,000 to help CTE programs expand capacity, upgrade equipment, and develop curriculum that prepares students for careers in the building trades.
Minnesota high schools with CTE programs in construction, engineering, or related technology pathways are eligible to apply. The foundation prioritizes programs that have strong community partnerships and a clear plan for connecting students to career pathways in skilled trades.
This is one of the largest single grants available to CTE programs nationally. If your school has an established CTE program in construction or building technology, this grant is worth a serious application. Check the Lowe's Foundation website for the current RFP and eligibility criteria.
