Leo W. Seal Innovative Teacher Grants
Eligibility
Mississippi K-12 public school teachers with innovative classroom projects. The program awards 10 teachers per cycle — awards are competitive. Teachers in any subject area with creative approaches to student learning are eligible.
Program Goals
Leo W. Seal Innovative Teacher Grants recognize and fund Mississippi teachers who bring creative, innovative approaches to the classroom. STEM, technology, coding, and project-based learning programs are strong fits for the innovation focus.

Cycle Notes

Grant Award Amount
Up to $2,000 per award. 10 awards per cycle. Funds can be used for classroom supplies, technology tools, and materials that directly support the innovative teaching project.
