About This Grant

The EPA Environmental Education grants program funds projects that improve environmental education for K-12 students and the public. Florida schools and nonprofits can apply for grants to develop curriculum, conduct teacher training, and deliver hands-on environmental education programs.

Florida's diverse ecosystems, including Everglades, coastal wetlands, springs, and coral reefs, provide rich context for environmental education. Projects that connect students to Florida's specific environmental challenges, including water quality, climate change, and coastal erosion, are strong candidates.
