Carl D. Perkins CTE Funding (WVDE)
Eligibility
All West Virginia secondary schools with CTE programs. Formula funds are allocated to all 55 WV county districts based on CTE enrollment. Schools must have an approved CTE program.
Program Goals
Perkins V funds CTE program improvement — equipment, curriculum, teacher professional development, and work-based learning. Technology, CS, and engineering CTE pathways are strong fits for Perkins-funded kit purchases.
