Prince Edward Island Curriculum Alignment
Forward Education's classroom kits are aligned to the Prince Edward Island curriculum outcomes. Alignments cover the Science specific curriculum outcomes and their Atlantic Canada framework codes from Grade 3 through the senior courses, the Mathematics outcomes across the Number, Patterns and Relations, Shape and Space, and Statistics and Probability strands, and the English Language Arts outcomes. Every alignment below was verified outcome by outcome against the official curriculum guides, so teachers in Charlottetown, Summerside, and every school across the Island can see exactly where each lesson fits their curriculum.
How we count: Each percentage reflects how many individual standards are addressed by at least one lesson, project, or tutorial within that product. Because many of our activities are interdisciplinary, multiple lessons may align to the same standard, so your students will often have more than one opportunity to practice each expectation throughout the kit.
