What This Grant Funds
Grants fund farm-to-school programming including school gardens, farm visits, local food purchasing, nutrition education, and food system curriculum. A 25% local match is required. Equipment for school gardens and food education is allowable.
Who Is Eligible
- Pennsylvania K-12 public schools and school districts
- Programs must connect students to Pennsylvania agriculture and local food systems
- A 25% match (cash or in-kind) is required
