Eligibility

Florida public school districts and public postsecondary institutions operating approved CTE programs are eligible. Formula funds flow to all eligible LEAs. Competitive Equipment Upgrade and Modernization RFAs are open to schools with documented equipment needs tied to high-demand industry sectors.

Program Goals

Florida's Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act (Perkins V) funds support CTE program development and maintenance at Florida secondary schools and postsecondary institutions.
