K-12 teachers in public, private, or charter schools within the Walton EMC service territory (portions of northeast Georgia) may apply. Applications must be for creative classroom projects across any subject area that enhance student learning.

Walton Electric Membership Corporation's School EmPOWERment Grants provide classroom awards to teachers in the Walton EMC service area for creative, student-centered instructional projects.
