Eligibility
K-12 schools, nonprofits, and community organizations in Cleco's central Louisiana service territory. Cleco serves communities in central and northwest Louisiana.
Program Goals
Support education and community programs in Cleco service areas. STEM, technology, and workforce development projects align with Cleco's community investment focus areas.

Community giving requests are submitted through cleco.com/community. Cleco reviews applications on a rolling basis. Include a clear project description, budget, and expected student or community impact.

Rolling applications. No fixed annual deadline. Cleco reviews requests throughout the year. Contact Cleco's community relations team for guidance on larger project requests.
Grant Award Amount
Award amounts vary by project. Cleco's giving program does not publish fixed award ranges. Classroom-scale projects and community STEM events have both received support.

No. Cleco's community giving is focused on its service territory. Schools outside the area should look at Entergy or cooperative programs.
Is there a minimum project size?
Cleco does not publish a minimum. Classroom-level projects and school-wide programs have both received funding.
