Eligibility
Mississippi school districts with approved Career and Technical Education programs. Districts with CTE enrollment receive annual Perkins V formula allocations through MDE. Computer science, technology, and engineering CTE pathways are eligible.
Program Goals
Perkins V funds CTE programs that build career-ready skills for Mississippi students. Equipment purchases, curriculum development, and teacher professional development for CTE pathways in technology, computer science, and engineering are priority uses.
