What Is the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program?
The 21st CCLC program uses federal Title IV-B funds to support before-school, afterschool, and summer learning programs. Oregon Dept of Education runs the state competition. Awards are multi-year and require community partnerships.
Who Can Apply?
Oregon public schools, nonprofits, and community organizations that serve students from low-income families or schools identified for improvement are eligible. Programs must serve students in K-12.
