Quebec Curriculum Alignment
Forward Education's classroom kits are aligned to the Quebec Education Program and its Progression of Learning documents. Alignments cover Science and Technology across the Material World, Living World, Earth and Space, and Technological World strands, the Mathematics content across Arithmetic, Geometry, Statistics and Probability, and the English Language Arts competencies, spanning Elementary Cycles 2 and 3 and Secondary Cycles 1 and 2. Every alignment below was verified item by item against the official program, so teachers in Montreal, Quebec City, and every school board across the province can see exactly where each lesson fits their curriculum.
How we count: Each percentage reflects how many individual standards are addressed by at least one lesson, project, or tutorial within that product. Because many of our activities are interdisciplinary, multiple lessons may align to the same standard, so your students will often have more than one opportunity to practice each expectation throughout the kit.
