Returns Policy
Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team by submitting a ticket here with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
- Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
